With regards to Rebecca Fleck: Grief Counsellor at Large, although not to to downplay the usefulness of therapy, I find that a weekend of pretend slavery works just as well. Let me explain. Years ago I was having money troubles and so I was forced to take work anywhere. To make a long story short I ended up working in Medellin Colombia on a modelling shoot for some drug lords and I was kidnapped and held for a weekend by even worse people and the entire time I was in captivity I never once thought about money.
